I'm back from Genting... :)

It was a self-drive trip, with hubby driving all the way up to Genting and down. (Good job, dearie... :P)

Travelling at a speed that you will never do so locally. Wow.. and we arent even really fast - there were faster cars....

Dont know whether any damage done to our car.... hahahaha...

I am so tired..... so so tired...

Of Cooking and Baking

Had a sudden urge to cook. And with not much time and no ingredients, went to NTUC to pick up just enough for Spaghetti - with lotsa mushrooms and ham.

And while eating, I was complaining to hubby how expensive our opposite coffeshop is selling the plain spaghetti. It is 4 bucks. For 2, it will be $8 - a small portion and no ingredients, ok la, got a wee wee bit.

And for mine, i had tonnes of mushrooms and ham, and a serving big enough for 3, and still have leftover spags for the next round. All for less than $10. :)

Did I also mention I baked? Haha... was clearing and throwing away stuff in my fridge that were gonna be expired. And today, I went to NTUC to buy another round of baking stuff.

For muffins! vanilla muffins. which makes the kitchen smell so 'yummilicious' while it's baking.....

what should i cook tomorrow? what should i bake?? :P
